About Us

Run by an elected committee of students, The Student Workshop gives drama students as much opportunity to mount full-scale productions and participate in professional workshops as possible, to boost their practical experience and develop their skills alongside their degree. The society also represents all students within the department, supporting them in providing a constant forum for students to get their voices heard.

The Student Workshop has many exciting socials and also takes part in the University’s annual RHOSCARS Awards Ceremony, Royal Holloway’s version of the Oscars which recognises outstanding achievement and contribution to the arts on campus. For all students at Royal Holloway University of London as well as members of the public, The Student Workshop consistently provides an exciting and diverse calendar of drama and theatre, regularly seing sold out performances and high attendance our many events.
