Helena is a 2nd Year Drama student who is used to organising lots of things at once. For her whole first year she has been thrusting her nose into as many activities as possible including running A Play in a Day as part of her role as First Year Rep on the Drama Society committee, being a DSM for MA season with the Drama department and directing Shakespeare Society's first ever production of Twelfth Night. Being a keen playwright herself, she is very excited to have the role of Midnight at the Boilerhouse Co-Ordinator and looks forward to what the New Year will bring.
“As part of my role as Midnight at the Boilerhouse Co-Ordinator, I first and foremost aim to make it more organised and create a clearer system, and part of this will involve improving the system for applications to have your writing staged, and for auditioning to act. You will hear all about this through very efficient publicity, and the link we will create with the Writing Society. I will be looking for a permanent team of helpers for the show, and also your thoughts on the event by using feedback forms.”
