Socials

As drama students (and just being students in general), we all enjoy a good night out with our friends and what better way to do this than a good old Student Workshop social. Throughout the year, The Student Workshop organise many social events whether it be a launch night for a show, a night out in London, a theatre trip or an annual social such as the start of year social. The aim of these events is to give everyone an opportunity to mingle with their peers and to get involved and be active within the society. Everyone is welcome whether you are a drama student or not we love to see as many faces as possible at our socials!

Some of our socials our themed such as 1920's themed Summer Social 2010 giving everyone the opportunity to get creative and involved!

We are a non-profit organisation so money raised goes towards other events and workshops within The Student Workshop making it the best society it can be for you!

Our socials are also an opportunity to experience the talent of our peers through live musical performances and DJ sets to get the party started! We like have been know to work with SU-Affiliated societies to produce the best music around combining with Insanity Radio DJ’s, Love to Make Noise and RHUL’s Drama Society for our joint socials.
